Trying to Motivate!

Every rational bone in my body KNOWS that if I motivate and get out of the house to get to the gym, this day will be easier.

And yet, here I am, unmotivated, cleaning coffee off the ceiling and supervising the mass destruction of, what once was, my tidy home.
