I've gotten a little off track these last few weeks- so hard to stick to a routine with travel and sick kiddos. But it's Monday and I got a nice slow run in under my belt- motivating me to get back on track for the week!! So here's my plan!!
This Weeks Workout Goals:
Monday- 20 min run outdoors
Tuesday- Rest (if you count open playspace at Kidville "rest")
Wednesday- Gym- 30mins on treadmill. Arms.
Thurday- Rest
Friday- Gym- 30 mins
Saturday- Date Day at the Squash Courts!
Sunday- 20 minute run
